Privacy

AbsoTrade does not collect personal data. The site has no sign-up, forms, cookies, visit counters or ads. Fonts, scripts and open data come from our server; exchange candles come straight from the exchanges (see below).

What is stored in your browser

Saved strategies and the latest lab settings are kept in your browser’s localStorage under the key absotrade.v1. They do not go to the server. You can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.

The app (service worker) keeps copies of opened pages and market data so that the lab works offline.

Exchange quotes

Your browser loads the candles of the Moscow Exchange, Binance and VNDirect straight from their servers; AbsoTrade does not store or forward them. These services see your IP address and the time of the request, just as when you open their own websites; AbsoTrade passes no data about you to them. A copy of the candles is kept in your browser for a few hours.

Your own CSV file

A file opened in the lab is read in your browser and is not sent anywhere. Once the page is closed, no copy of it exists anywhere.

Strategy links

A strategy in a link is written after the # sign. This part of the address is not sent to the server; only the person you send the link to sees it.

Server

The server is located in Moscow and serves only the site’s files. No visit log is kept. Technical error logs are kept for a limited time and do not contain the content of strategies.
