The numbers are calculated in your browser from fresh source candles.
“CAGR” is the average yearly price growth over 10 years (over 5 or 3 years if the history is shorter). Drawdown is the worst over the whole history of the series. Regime is the rule of the 10-month average and the one-year change. Without dividends unless stated otherwise. The candles load in your browser straight from the source: exchange terms do not allow their quotes to be redistributed from another server.
How it works
- Exchanges work around the clock with no days off; the daily candle here follows UTC. Pairs are against USDT, a stablecoin pegged to the dollar.
- Coins bring no cash flow: the price rests on demand and expectations.
- The stablecoin market is about $299 billion (31.10.2026, DefiLlama).
What history shows
- Bitcoin has twice lost more than 75% (2018 and 2022), ether as much as 94%, Solana as much as 96%.
- In 2026, bitcoin fell as low as $58,566 (1 July), and ether as low as $1,566 (26 June).
- By an estimate of the Bank for International Settlements, 73–81% of retail investors in bitcoin probably lost money (2022).
Rules in Russia
- Since 1 September 2026, Federal Law No. 282-FZ on digital currencies has been in force: you can buy them through authorized intermediaries after passing a test; non-qualified investors can buy up to 300,000 rubles a year with one intermediary and only the most liquid coins, while qualified investors have no limit. The transition period runs until 1 July 2027.
- In Russia, paying for goods and services with cryptocurrency is prohibited, and so is advertising digital currencies.
- AbsoTrade does not sell, advertise or recommend cryptocurrency and is not affiliated with any exchange: there is only price history and educational tests here.
Rules in Vietnam
- Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP launched a five-year pilot of licensed crypto exchanges; applications have been accepted since January 2026.
- As of September 2026, five of the seven applications have been found complete, and there are no final licenses yet.
